The fix contained in the file sasing.dyn478768 will modify the SAS/ACCESS
Interface to Ingres to execute on the DYNIX/ptx 4.4.7 operating system.

To install this fix: 

1)  cd to your !SASROOT/sasexe directory.
2)  Rename the existing sasing executable to a new name such 
    as sasing.bak.
3)  Transfer the sasing.dyn478768 file to your machine using a binary 
    transfer method.
4)  Rename the sasing.dyn478768 file to sasing.
