INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT FIX E9OR03 ON WINDOWS BEFORE DOWNLOADING: The hot fix E9OR03 addresses the issue(s) in SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) of SAS/OR software on Windows as documented in SAS Note(s): SN-019427 Basic variable violates the non-negativity boundary constraint in the optimal solution which may be reviewed at: http://support.sas.com/techsup/unotes/SN/019/019427.html IMPORTANT NOTE(S): 1. You must have SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) and SAS 9.1.3 Service Pack 4 installed on your system before applying this hot fix. 2. You must have Administrator Privileges on your CLIENT or SERVER machine. 3. All currently active SAS sessions, daemons, spawners and servers must be terminated before applying this hot fix. AFTER DOWNLOADING: The hot fix package downloaded is a self extracting executable named e9or03wn.exe. Launching the executable will initiate the install wizard, which will guide you through the setup process. The following files will be installed: * saslp.dll the replacement module containing the hot fix * e9or03wn.aud a hot fix identifier file that will allow Technical Support to determine which fixes have been applied to a system * e9or03wn.txt a copy of these installation instructions; this file is installed in !SASROOT\core\sasinst\hotfix * checksums and *.ini files used during SASIQ validation testing This completes the installation of hot fix E9OR03 on Windows.
