INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT FIX E9OR02 ON WINDOWS


BEFORE DOWNLOADING:


The hot fix E9OR02 addresses the issue(s) in SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) 
of SAS/OR software on Windows as documented in SAS Note(s):  

      SN-018762 Grid points are incorrect when printed with the OUTGRID
                option     
      SN-018763 Optimization algorithms do not start from the best
                grid point found during a grid search

IMPORTANT NOTE(S):

1.  You must have SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) and SAS 9.1.3 Service Pack 4
    installed on your system before applying this hot fix.

2.  You must have Administrator Privileges on your CLIENT or SERVER machine.
    
3.  All currently active SAS sessions, daemons, spawners and servers must 
    be terminated before applying this hot fix.


AFTER DOWNLOADING:

The hot fix package downloaded is a self extracting executable named 
e9or02wn.exe.  Launching the executable will initiate the install wizard, 
which will guide you through the setup process.  The following files will
be installed:

      * sasnlp.dll
             the replacement module containing the hot fix

      * e9or02wn.aud
             a hot fix identifier file that will allow Technical Support
             to determine which fixes have been applied to a system

      * e9or02wn.txt
             a copy of these installation instructions; this file is installed
             in !SASROOT\core\sasinst\hotfix 

      * checksums and *.ini files used during SASIQ validation testing



This completes the installation of hot fix E9OR02 on Windows.
