INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT FIX E9HP01 ON WINDOWS BEFORE DOWNLOADING: The hot fix E9HP01 addresses the issue(s) in SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) of SAS HPF software on Windows as documented in SAS Note(s): SN-017421 Segmentation Violation or Floating Point Overflow Error may occur with HPFENGINE which may be reviewed at: http://support.sas.com/techsup/unotes/SN/017/017421.html IMPORTANT NOTE(S): 1. You must have SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) and SAS 9.1.3 Service Pack 4 installed on your system before applying this hot fix. 2. This hot fix should be applied ONLY to SAS High-Performance Forecasting 2.1. This hot fix should NOT be applied to SAS High-Performance Forecasting 2.2 or to any other release of SAS High-Performance Forecasting. 3. You must have Administrator Privileges on your CLIENT or SERVER machine and all currently active SAS sessions must be terminated before applying this hot fix. AFTER DOWNLOADING: The hot fix package downloaded is a self extracting executable named e9hp01wn.exe. Launching the executable will initiate the install wizard, which will guide you through the setup process. The following files will be installed: * sashpfdi.dll the replacement module containing the hot fix * sashpfen.dll the replacement module containing the hot fix * sashpf.dll the replacement module containing the hot fix * uwuhpfsc.dll the replacement module containing the hot fix * e9hp01wn.aud a hot fix identifier file that will allow Technical Support to determine which fixes have been applied to a system * e9hp01wn.txt a copy of these installation instructions; this file is installed in !SASROOT\core\sasinst\hotfix * checksums and *.ini files used during SASIQ validation testing This completes the installation of hot fix E9HP01 on Windows.
