INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT FIX 82ET01 ON WINDOWS


BEFORE DOWNLOADING:


The hot fix 82ET01 addresses the issue(s) in Release 8.2 (TS2M0) 
of SAS/ETS software on Windows as documented in SAS Note(s):  

      SN-005127 Seasonal root test statistics and p-values are incorrect
                in the Time Series Forecasting System   
      SN-005098 Lag 0 seasonal Dickey-Fuller test statistics and p-values
                incorrect

IMPORTANT NOTE(S):

1.  You must have Release 8.2 (TS2M0) installed on your system before 
    applying this hot fix.



AFTER DOWNLOADING:

The hot fix package downloaded is a self extracting executable named 
82et01wn.exe.  Launching the executable will initiate the install wizard, 
which will guide you through the setup process.  The following files will
be installed:

      * sasarima.dll
             the replacement module containing the hot fix

      * sasfmsd.dll
             the replacement module containing the hot fix

      * etstool.sas7bcat
             the replacement catalog containing the hot fix

      * 82et01wn.aud
             a hot fix identifier file that will allow Technical Support
             to determine which fixes have been applied to a system

      * 82et01wn.txt
             a copy of these installation instructions; this file is installed
             in !SASROOT\core\sasinst\hotfix 



This completes the installation of hot fix 82ET01 on Windows.
