INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT FIX 913SMC09 ON WINDOWS


BEFORE DOWNLOADING:

The hot fix 913SMC09 addresses the issue(s) in 9.1.3 of SAS Management Console 
software on Windows as documented in the "Issue(s) Addressed" section of
the hot fix download page:

IMPORTANT NOTE(S):

1.  You must have SAS Management Console  9.1.3 installed on your 
    system before applying this hot fix.

2.  You must have Administrator Privileges on your CLIENT or SERVER machine
    and all currently active SAS sessions must be terminated before applying 
    this hot fix.
    
3. Additional requirements are SAS Foundation Services (BI Manager) 1.4. To 
   determine the version of BI Manager Installed on your system, go into the SAS
   Management Console and click on the root node of the BI Manager and select 
   'About' for Implementation Version 1.4.0.0.20060626.74052.

 
AFTER DOWNLOADING:

The hot fix package downloaded is a self extracting executable named  913smc09wn.exe.

To install this hotfix 

1.  Launch the executable, which will initiate a Java install wizard and will 
guide you through the extraction of the updated components.  


2.  To verify the installation of the hot fix confirm that the file(s) in the location(s)
below have been updated to the level indicated by the date provided:

      <!SASHOME>\\sasmanagementconsole\9.1\commands\ExportCubes.bat
      Date: 06/30/09 (EST)

      <!SASHOME>\\sasmanagementconsole\9.1\commands\sas.olapadmin.exportcubes.jar
