INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT FIX 25ORV02 ON WINDOWS


The hot fix package downloaded is a self extracting executable named 
25ORV02wn.exe.



IMPORTANT NOTE(S):

1.  You must have SAS OpRisk VaR 2.5 installed on your system before 
    applying this hot fix.

2.  It is recommended that the hotfix be installed using the same userid who 
    performed the SAS 9.1.3 installation.

3.  You must have Administrator Privileges on your CLIENT or SERVER machine
    and all currently active SAS sessions, daemons, spawners and servers must 
    be terminated before applying this hot fix.



To install this hotfix 

1.  Launch the executable, which will initiate an install wizard followed by a Java 
installation application, and will guide you through the extraction of the updated
components.  

2.  To verify the installation of the hot fix confirm that the file(s) in the location(s)
below have been updated to the level indicated by the date provided:

      <sashome>\opriskvar\2.5\lib\sas.oprisk.var.jar
	Date: 02/23/06 (EST)

      <sasroot>\core\sasmacro\orva_getmomts.sas
	Date: 04/05/06 (EST)

      <sasroot>\core\sasmacro\orva_freq_fit.sas
	Date: 04/05/06 (EST)

      <sasroot>\core\sasmacro\orva_freqcorr.sas
	Date: 04/05/06 (EST)


            
This completes the installation of hotfix 25ORV02.
