INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT FIX 20EG07 ON WINDOWS


BEFORE DOWNLOADING:

The hot fix 20EG07 addresses the issues in Release 2.0 of Enterprise Guide 
software on Windows as documented in SAS Note(s):  

      SN-008921  Enterprise Guide support for Traditional Chinese language

IMPORTANT NOTE(S):

1.  You must have Enterprise Guide Release 2.0 installed on your 
    system before applying this hot fix.

2.  Any Enterprise Guide sessions currently running MUST be closed 
    before applying this maintenance; otherwise, the maintenance will 
    not install properly.  
      


AFTER DOWNLOADING:
 
1.  The hot fix package downloaded is a self extracting executable named 
    20eg07wn.exe.  Launching the executable will initiate the install wizard, 
    which will guide you through the setup process.

2.  After the hotfix installation is complete, you must change the Enterprise Guide
    language settings from English to Traditional Chinese.
    This can be done as follows:  

    Start EG2.0, then select 'Tools---> Options'. The Options dialog is displayed.
    Click on the General tab, then by clicking the drop down arrow for
    'Enterprise Guide language settings', change 'Current selected language' 
    from English to Traditional Chinese. Click 'OK' until the dialogs are closed.
    

This completes the installation of hot fix 20EG07 on Windows.
