BEFORE DOWNLOADING:


The hot fix 82BA67 addresses the issue(s) in Release 8.2 (TS2M0) 
of Base SAS software on Windows as documented in SAS Note(s):  

      SN-004436 Assert Data error message after hiding statistic labels
                and expanding a webEIS report   
      SN-005262 Column order may change after performing an Analysis
                Sort     
      SN-005259 Error displaying a hierarchy level when all values
                are hidden     
      SN-005260 Computed columns calculated from restricted analysis
                variables are visible   
      SN-005265 MDDB Table Exception invalid dimension error running
                with Middleware Server   
      SN-005263 HOLAP Data Group Values marked SHOW in Access Control

IMPORTANT NOTE(S):

1.  You must have Release 8.2 (TS2M0) installed on your system before 
    applying this hot fix.



AFTER DOWNLOADING:

The hot fix package downloaded is a self extracting executable named 
82ba67wn.exe.  Launching the executable will initiate the install wizard, 
which will guide you through the setup process.  The following files will
be installed:

      * sasomdbi.dll
             the replacement module containing the hot fix

      * mddb.sas7bcat
             the replacement catalog containing the hot fix

      * mb.sas7bcat
             the replacement catalog containing the hot fix

      * sasexprc.dll
             the replacement module containing the hot fix

      * 82ba67wn.aud
             a hot fix identifier file that will allow Technical Support
             to determine which fixes have been applied to a system

      * 82ba67wn.txt
             a copy of these installation instructions; this file is installed
             in !SASROOT\core\sasinst\hotfix 



This completes the installation of hot fix 82BA67 on Windows.
