INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT FIX D9DT06 ON WINDOWS


BEFORE DOWNLOADING:


The hot fix D9DT06 addresses the issue(s) in SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) 
of SAS Enterprise Miner software on Windows as documented in SAS Note(s):  

      SN-016875 Interactive Filter settings for class variables in
                Filter Outliers are lost when rerunning flow   
      SN-016929 Number of hidden units property does not allow 1 or 2     
      SN-017269 Probabilities may not be adjusted properly in Decision
                node output     
      SN-017603 Export Rule by ID creates data set of zeros if target
                variable is numeric
      SN-017601 Transform Variables score code does not match Flow
                code with Dummy Indicator transformations
      SN-017600 Imputing variables with identical variable names to
                28 characters returns same imputed variable name
      SN-017710 Extreme Rare Event Target Levels return incorrect
                Score Rankings Chart
      SN-017945 "Server is not responding" message surfaces when
                process runs for more than one hour

IMPORTANT NOTE(S):

1.  You must have SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) installed on your system before 
    applying this hot fix.

2.  You must have Administrator Privileges on your CLIENT or SERVER machine
    and all currently active SAS sessions must be terminated before applying 
    this hot fix.


AFTER DOWNLOADING:

The hot fix package downloaded is a self extracting executable named 
d9dt06wn.exe.  Launching the executable will initiate the install wizard, 
which will guide you through the setup process.  The following files will
be installed:

      * emmdfy.sas7bcat
             the replacement catalog containing the hot fix

      * emfunc.sas7bcat
             the replacement catalog containing the hot fix

      * emcore.sas7bcat
             the replacement catalog containing the hot fix

      * textsyn.sas
             the replacement autocall containing the hot fix

      * emassmt.sas7bcat
             the replacement catalog containing the hot fix

      * emutil.sas7bcat
             the replacement catalog containing the hot fix

      * d9dt06wn.aud
             a hot fix identifier file that will allow Technical Support
             to determine which fixes have been applied to a system

      * d9dt06wn.txt
             a copy of these installation instructions; this file is installed
             in !SASROOT\core\sasinst\hotfix 

      * checksums and *.ini files used during SASIQ validation testing



This completes the installation of hot fix D9DT06 on Windows.
