INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT FIX 23MM01 ON WINDOWS

BEFORE DOWNLOADING:

The Hot fix 23MM01 addresses the issue(s) in Release 2.3 of SAS Marketing 
Automation Email Module on Windows as documented in SAS Note:  

   SN-008388   EMA Email Module integration component explicitly references 
               CLIENTID instead of actual foreign key field when updating 
               ISMCAMPCOMMCH and ISMRESPONSES

IMPORTANT NOTE(S):

1.  You must have SAS Campaign Management Component Version 7.2 or higher 
    installed on your system before applying this hot fix.

2.  You must have SAS Marketing Automation Email Module, Release 2.3
    installed on your system before applying this hot fix.

3.  SAS Marketing Automation Email Integration server should be terminated 
    before applying this hot fix.

4.  Carefully review the Installation Steps shown below prior to 
    extracting the contents of accuint.zip.


AFTER DOWNLOADING:

The hot fix package downloaded is a self extracting executable named 
23MM01wn.exe.  Launching the executable will initiate the install wizard 
which will guide you through the setup process.  The following files will
be installed:

      * accuint.zip 
             the .zip file containing the fixed files.  The default 
             install location is:
             c:\Program Files\SAS Institute\SAS Campaign Management

      * 23mm01wn.txt
             a copy of these installation instructions


INSTALLATION STEPS: 

1. If necessary, transfer the accuint.zip file to the SAS_Integration folder 
   on the machine where your Accucast kernel is installed.

2. Rename the existing CMAccuconf.xml and IntegrationStartup.bat files.  Otherwise,
   the hot fix will replace these files and overwrite your customization entries.

3. Extract the contents of accuint.zip.

4. Replace the CMAccuconf.xml and IntegrationStartup.bat files with your original 
   customized files.

5. Before restarting the SAS Marketing Automation Email Integration server, you must
   modify the CMAccuconf.xml file and add the following new entries to the bottom of 
   the <DBDRIVERCONF> block:

      <SASCMRESPFK>your_fkey</SASCMRESPFK>

6. Restart SAS Marketing Automation Email Integration server.


This completes the installation of hot fix 23MM01 on Windows.
