SAS Download Manager 1.3 and 1.4, as well as any previously available experimentals are retired and nolonger available.
The production download manager is now SAS Download Manager 1.5 and can be accessed from Support.sas.com
Below are the experimental updates to SAS Download Manager 1.5 as well as experimentals for other Hosts systems.
