To install your new Greenplum driver:

1) Download and save the zip file 'xxxgpl701.zip' (where xxx = platform) to the Windows machine 
where SAS is installed.  If you have SAS 32-bit then you should download the w32gpl701.zip (even 
if your Windows machine is 64-bit).  If your SAS is 64-bit then you should download 
wx6gpl701.zip.

2) Move the file to a temporary directory.

3) Using your favorite unzip utility, unzip the file into the temporary directory.

4) This will create a subdirectory called "w32gpl701" or "wx6gpl701" depending on your download.

5) Change directory into that folder and move or copy the "gpl7.0.1" to your C: drive.  When done
you should the following directory:

C:\gpl7.0.1

6) If you have installed the w32gpl701 zip file you will have 2 registry files in the 
C:\gpl7.0.1 directory.  "gplm.reg" and "gplm_32on64.reg".  You will double click the "gplm.reg" 
file if your Windows machine is 32-bit.  If your Windows machine is 64-bit then you will double 
click the "gplm_32on64.reg" for 32-bit SAS on a Windows 64-bit machine.

If you have installed the wx6gpl701 zip file you will only have one choice which is "gplm.reg".

7. Double clicking the registry file will prompt you to update your registry.  Once done you will
have installed the new drivers (overwriting any older versions).
