INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT FIX 21LM01 ON WINDOWS BEFORE DOWNLOADING: The hot fix 21LM01 addresses the issue(s) in Release 2.1 of SAS IT Service Level Management software on Windows as documented in the "Issue(s) Addressed" section of the hot fix download page: http://ftp.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/itslm21.html IMPORTANT NOTE(S): 1. You must have SAS IT Service Level Management 2.1 installed on your system before applying this hot fix. 2. You must stop your SAS IT Service Level Management server before applying the hot fix. 3. You must have at least 60 MB of available disk space on your system before applying this hot fix. AFTER DOWNLOADING: STEP 1: The hot fix package downloaded is a self extracting executable named 21lm01wn.exe. Launching the executable will initiate the install wizard, which will guide you through the setup process. STEP 2: You must also apply a Java component of the hot fix to your ITSLM Windows clients. The Windows SAS IT Service Level Management Java component installer (21lm01_jclient.exe) is placed in \itslm\sasmisc, where is the location of SAS 9.1 (9.1 TS1M3) on your system. Copy 21lm01wn_jclient.exe to all your ITSLM Windows client machines using a file transfer program such as FTP. Launching 21lm01wn_jclient.exe will initiate the install wizard, which will guide you through the setup process for the Java Component. This completes the installation of hot fix 21LM01 on Windows.
