Problem Description: Platform LSF is creating core dumps when using a Linux host who's kernel 
version is higher than 3.0 and EGO is enabled.

Installation and Configuration
=========================
1) Log on LSF master host as LSF primary administrator or root, and shut down LSF by running "lsfshutdown".

2) Log on LSF master host and every LSF server host as root, back up and replace $LSF_SERVERDIR/vemkd and 
$LSF_SERVERDIR/egosc with the vemkd and egosc in this patch.

3) Log on LSF master host and every LSF server host as root, back up and replace 
$LSF_LIBDIR/esd_ego_default.so with the esd_ego_default.so in this patch.

4) Log on LSF master host as root, and start LSF by running "lsfstartup".
