Installation Instructions for Hot Fix L3F001

Windows for x64


Hot fix L3F001 addresses the issue(s) in SAS Metadata Bridges 4.41 on Windows for x64 as documented in the Issue(s) Addressed section of the hot fix download page:

The hot fix downloaded, L3F001pt.zip, contains the updated files required to address the documented issues.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. You must have SAS Metadata Bridges 4.41 installed on your system before applying this hot fix.

  2. You must have Administrator Privileges on your CLIENT or SERVER machine.


INSTALLATION

  1. Rename [SASHome]\SASMetadataBridges\4.5 directory to [SASHome]\SASMetadataBridges\4.5_ORG

  2. Download L3F001pt.zip, and unzip the contents to [SASHome]\SASMetadataBridges

  3. Copy contents of [SASHome]\SASMetadataBridges\4.5_ORG\picklists to [SASHome]\SASMetadataBridges\4.5\picklists

  4. Copy any customizations from the orignal directory to the new directory. Customizations may be located in conf/xsl, conf/SASMapping, and conf/MIRProfiles.


This completes the installation of hot fix L3F001 on Windows for x64.
