Hot fix K6Q001 addresses the issue(s) in versions < 3.1 SAS High-Performance Computing Management Console on Linux for x64 as documented
in the Issue(s) Addressed section of the hot fix download page:

IMPORTANT NOTES

You must have SAS High-Performance Computing Management Console < 3.1 installed on your system before applying this hot fix.
To check the version, run "rpm -qa | grep sashpcmc". This will return the version from the RPM database.

Pertinent files will be preserved as part of the RPM update process. However, it is good general practice to back up your system before applying updates to software.
- You must have root privileges on your machine to apply the RPM update.
INSTALLATION
- Download the updated sashpcmc-3.1.x86_64.rpm to a temporary location.
- Refer to
SAS Help Center: Updating the SAS High-Performance Computing Management Console for further information about updating. You will need to substitute sashpcmc-2.8.x86_64.rpm with sashpcmc-3.1.x86_64.rpm.
