Installation Instructions for Hot Fix H90007

64-bit Enabled AIX

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. It is good general practice to back up your system before applying updates to software.

2. You must have Administrator Privileges on your CLIENT or SERVER machine.

3. All currently active SAS sessions, daemons, spawners and servers must be terminated before applying this hot fix.

4. This hot fix should be installed using the same userid who performed the initial software installation.

INSTALLATION

1. Create a backup of your system.

2. Download the H90007r6.tar file.

3. Extract the contents from the tar:
   tar -xf H90007r6.tar

4. CD to the new H90007 directory.

5. Copy/replace sas.forecasting.swing.jar to \SASVersionedJarRepository\eclipse\plugins\sas.forecasting.swing _<version> .
   

   The version can be found from the file <SASHome>\SASForecastStudio\12.1\picklist. In this picklist file search for ‘name=sas.forecasting.swing’ to get the version.

POST-INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

None

This completes the installation of hot fix H90007 on 64-bit Enabled AIX.
