Problem: DIS support for new CASS Cycle M options

Prerequisite Software: DIS 8.1 SP1 (8.1.1), USPS data from August 2009 or later
Operating Systems: aix64, hp64, hpux-i64, lin64, linux, sol64, solaris-x64, win32

To install the patch [UNIX]:

1. Change directory to the root directory of the dfPower/DIS installation. 
   This is the directory named 'dfpower' created during installation. For 
   example, if you installed DIS in /opt/dataflux, run this command: 
 
       cd /opt/dataflux/dfpower

2. From that directory, run this command:
   
       gzip -d -c PATH_TO/dis-fix13031-PLATFORM.tar.gz | tar xvf -

   replacing PATH_TO with the correct path to the patch file and PLATFORM with
   the the platform name (linux, sol64, etc.).

To install the patch [Windows]:

1. Unzip the archive dis-fix13031-win32.zip into the root directory of your
   dfPower/DIS installation. This is typically:

      C:\Program Files\DataFlux\dfPower Studio\8.1
 
   or:

      C:\Program Files\DataFlux\DIS\8.1

   Substitute the appropriate directory if you installed the product in a
   different location.

    lib/verify-2.8.a          [ aix64 ]
    lib/libdst_verify-3.1.a   [ aix64 ]
    lib/verify-2.8.sl         [ hp64 ]
    lib/libdst_verify-3.1.sl  [ hp64 ]
    lib/verify-2.8.so         [ other platforms ]
    lib/libdst_verify-3.1.so  [ other platforms ]
