In Navigator, the recently used file list is not correct.

Description of Problem:

Using dfPower Studio 8.1, even if you modify the windows registry 
entry to redirect the location of the templates directory, 
the user gets an error window at startup and their recently 
used file list is not correct.

Prerequisite software:
=============================================================

dfPower Studio 8.1 Service Pack 2 (8.1.2)

=============================================================
To install the patch:

1. Unzip the archive dfpower-fix18624-win32.zip into the root directory of 
   your dfPower Studio installation. This is typically:

      C:\Program Files\DataFlux\dfPower Studio\8.1
 
   Substitute the appropriate directory if you installed the product in a
   different location.

The following files will be installed or updated by this patch:

    bin/Navigator.exe
