Problem: CA license should not be needed to geocode US addresses

Prerequisite Software: dfPower 8.1 SP1 (8.1.1) and fix 15905 for dfPower
Operating System: win32

To install the patch:

1. Unzip the archive dfpower-fix17171-win32.zip into the root directory of 
   your dfPower Studio installation. This is typically:

      C:\Program Files\DataFlux\dfPower Studio\8.1
 
   Substitute the appropriate directory if you installed the product in a
   different location.

The following files will be installed or updated by this patch:

   bin/addver28.dll
   bin/dtvrfy20.dll
   bin/vcan15.dll
