Problem: dfPower Achitect support for new CASS Cycle M options

Prerequisite Software: dfPower 8.1 SP1 (8.1.1), USPS data from August 2009 or later
Operating System: win32

To install the patch:

1. Unzip the archive dis-fix13031-win32.zip into the root directory of your
   dfPower Studio installation. This is typically:

      C:\Program Files\DataFlux\dfPower Studio\8.1
 
   Substitute the appropriate directory if you installed the product in a
   different location.

The following files will be installed or updated by this patch:

    bin/addver28.dll
    bin/ArchVerify.dll
    bin/dtvrfy20.dll
