Cannot create jobs with special characters in name anymore

Description of Problem:

There was a regression in 2.2 where jobs that had special 
characters were no longer recognized by the software.

Prerequisite software:
=============================================================

DataFlux Data Management Studio 2.2 (2.2)

=============================================================

To install the patch:

1. Close Data Management Studio 2.2 if it is running.

2. Unzip the archive dmstudio-fix18420-win32.zip into the root directory of 
   your Data Management Studio installation. This is typically:

      C:\Program Files\DataFlux\DMStudio\2.2

   Substitute the appropriate directory if you installed the product in a
   different location. 

The following files will be installed or updated by this patch:

   bin/dfbcpp31.dll
