Verify International library does not support QAS 4.7

Description of Problem:

The QAS node will not run with the QAS 4.7 engine which is needed for French postal data.

Prerequisite software:
=============================================================

DataFlux Data Management Studio 2.2 (2.2)
DataFlux Data Management Studio HotFix 18402

=============================================================

To install the patch:

1. Close Data Management Studio 2.2 if it is running.

2. Unzip the archive dmstudio-fix18400-win32.zip into the root directory of 
   your Data Management Studio installation. This is typically:

      C:\Program Files\DataFlux\DMStudio\2.2

   Substitute the appropriate directory if you installed the product in a
   different location. 

The following files will be installed or updated by this patch:

   bin/addverintl21.dll
   bin/dtvfyi.dll
