SRI function may calculate values based on all rows instead of subset from previous rule.

Description of Problem:

In a SRI node, utilizing the hioccur function on a subset of previous rules (
the checkbox, "Apply this expression to the output of the previous expression
only" is checked ), the hioccur function looks at all the rows that are being
passed into the SRI node and not just the subset from the previous rule.

Prerequisite software:
=============================================================

DataFlux Data Management Server 2.1 SP3 (2.1.3)

=============================================================
To install the patch:

1. Close Data Management Studio 2.1 if it is running.

2. Unzip the archive dmstudio-fix18552-win32.zip into the root directory of 
   your Data Management Studio installation. This is typically:

      C:\Program Files\DataFlux\DMStudio\2.1

   Substitute the appropriate directory if you installed the product in a
   different location. 

The following files will be installed or updated by this patch:

    bin/dtsrec.dll
