Problem: Lat. and Long. not written to text file following rooftop geo node

If you send the output of the rooftop geo node to a text file the latitude and
longitude they will not be written to the text file.  

Prerequisite Software: Data Management Studio 2.1 SP2 (2.1.2)

To install the patch:

1. Close Data Management Studio 2.1 if it is running.

2. Unzip the archive dmstudio-fix17797-win32.zip into the root directory of 
   your Data Management Studio installation. This is typically:

      C:\Program Files\DataFlux\DMStudio\2.1

   Substitute the appropriate directory if you installed the product in a
   different location. 

The following files will be installed or updated by this patch:

    bin/dtvrfy.dll
