Hot fix C80013 addresses the issue(s) in SAS Middle Tier 9.2_M2 on HP-UX IPF as documented
in the Issue(s) Addressed section of the hot fix download page:

If the updated components of this product are installed on multiple operating systems, you must download the hot fix for the appropriate operating system(s) and follow the installation instructions provided to complete the deployment of this hot fix.
The installer downloaded is C80013hx.bin.
When downloading SAS 9.2 hot fix packages, you must choose to Save the hot fix to disk, then execute the install from the saved location. Attempting to install a hot fix directly from the download page results in the error documented in SAS Note 37104.
To install the hot fix:
1. Verify that the installation binary has execute permission. If it does not, use the chmod command to make it executable.
$> chmod 755 C80013hx.bin2. Set your $DISPLAY environment variable
export DISPLAY=<your_node_name>:03. Execute C80013hx.bin

Step 1: Re-build Web Applications
In order for this step to execute correctly, the Metadata Server must be running.
1.1 Set the DISPLAY environment variable, for example
$ export DISPLAY=<displayname>:0
1.2 Invoke the SAS Deployment Manager 9.2
From the SASDeploymentManager directory execute config.sh, for example
$ cd <SASHOME>/SASDeploymentManager/9.2
$ ./config.sh
1.3 Select a language in the Choose Language box
1.4 Select Rebuild Web Applications
1.5 Select Configuration Directory or Enter the Configuration Directory and Level that needs to be updated
1.6 Specify Connection Information, including the sasadm User ID and Password
1.7 Select SAS Shared Services s as the Web Application to Rebuild
1.8 Verify the information on the Summary screen and select Start
1.9 Select Finish when the deployment is complete
This process will update the SAS Shared Services ear in <CONFIGDIR>/Lev1/Web/Staging and
place the updated exploded ear in <CONFIGDIR>/Lev1/Web/Staging/exploded. The SAS Shared Services
ear includes:
Step 2: Re-deploy Web Applications
2.1 Re-deploy the updated ear listed above to the web application server you are using based on the instructions appropriate for your web application server. See SAS 9.2 Intelligence Platform Web Application Administration Guide , Chapter 8, for more details.

This step should be performed in SAS Management Console and is necessary to insure proper behavior of
the Logon Manager.
Step 1: Add "RTL.SupportedLocales" property
1.1 Start SAS Managment Console
1.2 Choose Application Management
1.3 Choose Configuration Manager
1.4 Right click on Logon Manager 9.2
1.5 Select Properties --> Advanced
1.6 Click Add and enter the values below:
Property Name= RTL.SupportedLocales
Property Value= iw,he
Exit by selecting OK from Add Property, and OK from Logon Manager 9.2
Step 2: Re-build Web Applications
