65939 "ERROR: Unable to transcode data to/from UCS-2 encoding" occurs when you run an SQL query using SAS/ACCESS® Interface to ODBC on SAS® 9.4M5 with UTF-8 B7V003

If you install this hot fix and have SAS/ACCESS Interface to Microsoft SQL Server 9.43 installed, you must also install hot fix B7X002.
