Installation Instructions for Hot Fix B6S007

Hot fix B6S007 addresses the issue(s) in SAS Visual Analytics Add-In for Office 7.15 on Windows for x64 as documented in the Issue(s) Addressed section of the hot fix download page:

The hot fix downloaded, B6S007x6.zip, contains the updated files required to address the documented issues.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. You must have SAS Visual Analytics Add-In for Office 7.15 installed on your system before applying this hot fix.

2. You must have Administrator Privileges on your CLIENT or SERVER machine.

3. All currently active SAS sessions, daemons, spawners and servers must be terminated before applying this hot fix.

4. This hot fix should be installed using the same userid who performed the initial software installation.

INSTALLATION

1. Create a "B6S007x6" directory on your machine and extract the contents of B6S007x6.zip into that directory.

2. Double-click "msofficeva_patch.msp"

This completes the installation of hot fix B6S007 on Windows for x64.
