INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT FIX 20EG14 ON WINDOWS


IMPORTANT NOTE(S):

1. You must have Enterprise Guide Release 2.0 installed on your 
   system before applying this hot fix.

2. Any Enterprise Guide sessions currently running MUST be closed 
   before applying this hot fix; otherwise, the hot fix will 
   not install properly.   

3. Hot fix 20EG11 is a prerequisite for this hot fix.  20EG11 MUST be 
   installed BEFORE 20EG14.

4. The installation confirmation screen may report the file was applied to
   'C:\Program Files\SAS'. 
   The file will actually be copied to the SAS Directory  Services location 
   (typically 'C:\Program Files\SAS\Shared Files\SAS Directory Services').

5. The installer places the install log in the 'C:\Program Files\SAS' folder.     

 

AFTER DOWNLOADING:

The hot fix package downloaded is a self extracting executable named 
20eg14wn.exe.  Launching the executable will initiate the install wizard, 
which will guide you through the setup process.  The following files will
be installed:



      * <SAS Shared Files>\SAS Directory Services\SDSBrkr.dll

      

This completes the installation of hot fix 20EG14 on Windows.
