INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT FIX 62AB01 ON WINDOWS BEFORE DOWNLOADING: The hot fix 62AB01 addresses the issue(s) in SAS Activity-Based Management 6.2 software on Windows as documented in the "Issue(s) Addressed" list section of the hot fix download page: http://ftp.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/abm62.html IMPORTANT NOTE(S): 1. You must have SAS Activity-Based Management 6.2 installed on your system before applying this hot fix. 2. All currently active SAS Activity-Based Management 6.2 sessions must be terminated before applying this hot fix. You must also have Administrator Privileges on your machine and all currently active SAS sessions, servers and services must be terminated before applying this hot fix. 3. After installing the hot fix on your server, you must reboot it. 4. After installing the hot fix on the server, the client-side portions of the hot fix must be installed on all clients that access that server. The clients will access their hot fix from your SAS Activity-Based Management server using the URL: http://<>/SasSolutions/ABM 5. After installing the hot fix on each client computer, you must reboot it. 6. Please read the updated Release Notes that are part of the hot fix installation. AFTER DOWNLOADING: The hot fix package downloaded is a self extracting executable named 62AB01wn.exe. Launching the executable will initiate the install wizard, which will guide you through the setup process. This completes the installation of hot fix 62AB01 on Windows.
