Notice: SAS Technical Support Operating Status for the December and New Years Day holidays

    December 2006 Holiday Schedule:

    The Technical Support Division and Customer Service Department of SAS, located at the Cary, NC, USA headquarters, will be closed for normal business activity beginning at end of day Friday, December 22, 2006, and continuing through the following week from Monday, December 25, 2006 through Friday, December 29, 2006, and including Monday, January 1, 2007.

    There will be a limited number of Technical Support consultants available
    to monitor incoming requests for assistance from e-mail, web submissions and phone mail messages called in to (919) 677-8008, and to return phone calls for
    problems of a critical nature on the following days:

       Tuesday, December 26, 2006
       Wednesday, December 27, 2006
       Thursday, December 28, 2006
       Friday, December 29, 2006

    On the days listed above, problems of a non-critical nature will be addressed
    as time and resources permit, thus response time on those problems may not be
    up to our usual standards.

    Non-North American offices may have different business hours.

    Normal business hours for the Cary Technical Support Division will resume on
    Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at 9:00 AM EST.
