The Technical Support Division and Customer Service Department of SAS will be closed for normal business beginning at 2:00 PM EST on Friday, December 23, 2005, and will subsequently be closed for normal business from Monday, December 26, 2005 through Friday, December 30, 2005.
There will be a limited number of Technical Support consultants available to monitor incoming questions from e-mail and web submissions, to listen to phone mail messages called in to (919) 677-8008, and to return phone calls for problems of a critical nature on the following days:

Wednesday, December 28, 2005
Thursday, December 29, 2005
Friday, December 30, 2005
On the days listed above, problems of a non-critical nature will be addressed as time and resources permit, thus response time on those problems may not be up to our usual standards.
Non-North American offices may have different business hours.
Normal business hours for the Cary Technical Support Division will resume on Monday, January 2, 2006 at 9:00 AM EST.
