    SAS Institute Technical Support Holiday Schedule for December 2003

    The Cary, NC, USA Technical Support Division and Customer Service Department of SAS will be closed for the holidays beginning Thursday, December 25, 2003, and extending through Friday, January 2, 2004, opening for normal business on Monday, January 5, 2004.

    There will be a limited number of Technical Support consultants available to listen to phone mail messages called in to (919) 677-8008, and to return phone calls for problems of a critical nature on the following days:

    Friday, December 26, 2003
    Monday, December 29, 2003
    Tuesday, December 30, 2003
    Wednesday, December 31, 2003
    Friday, January 2, 2004

    Non-North American offices may have different business hours.

    Normal business hours for the Cary Technical Support Division will resume on Monday, January 5, 2004 at 9:00 AM EST.
