SAS Institute Technical Support Holiday Schedule for December 2003
The Technical Support Division and Customer Service
Department of SAS will be closed for business from Thursday,
Dec 25, 2003, through Monday, Jan 5, 2004 for the
Christmas and New Year Holidays.
On Friday, Dec 26 through Wednesday, Dec 31, 2003, there will be a
limited number of US Technical Support consultants on hand in Cary, NC
from 9:00-5:00 EST to listen to Phone Mail messages called in to
(919) 677-8008, and to return phone calls for problems of
a critical nature. Normal business hours will resume on
Monday, Jan 5, 2004.
