There is a small correction to the previous TSNEWS-L posting with regard to the limited staff that will be available for Technical Support.
The second paragraph should have read:
On Thursday, Dec 26 through Tuesday, Dec 31, 2002 there will be a
limited number of Technical Support consultants to listen to
Phone Mail messages called in to (919) 677-8008, and to return
phone calls for problems of a critical nature.
