    SN-008644 ***Alert Note***

PROC FAMILY with RCTDT option and some missing genotypes may give
    incorrect results

    Product: SAS/Genetics
    Component: FAMILY procedure
    Priority: ALERT

If exactly one parent is genotyped and heterozygous, there is at least
one affected heterozygous child with exactly one allele the same as the
parent, the conditions for the S-TDT are not met (i.e. there are no
unaffected children or all children have the same genotype) and the
RCTDT option is specified on the PROC FAMILY statement, then the
reported RCTDT Chi-square statistic, DF RCTDT, and associated p-value
      are incorrect.

There is no circumvention for this problem.
