    PROC FAMILY with SDT option and one allele with zero contribution often
    incorrectly reports degrees of freedom for the SDT

      If one specifies the SDT option on the PROC FAMILY statement and has
      multiallelic markers, then the SDT Chi-square statistic, degrees of
      freedom, and associated p-value may be incorrect.

      There is no circumvention for this problem.
