    Incorrect SQL syntax is generated when using limits in a selection with
    no order on a DB2 database

      If you create a selection rule in the SAS Campaign Management Component
      of EMA that references a limit, but does not include any order
      definition, and run this rule against tables in a DB2 database, then the
      generated SQL will be incorrect. The SQL syntax produced by the
      application will not include the code to apply the limit.
