Filters that map to the root table are not available for selection when
setting a filter in the Execute Communication window

If you create a filter that maps from a non-root table in the database
to the root table, then try to select that filter from the Execute
Communication window, the filter does not appear in the list of
available filters. At this time, it is not possible to create a filter
that maps to the root table.
