CALL LTS will return incorrect results with large input matrices

If the input data matrix has more than 600 rows, the SAS/IML routine
CALL LTS will give incorrect results. To circumvent the problem,
specify OPT[9]=1 in the CALL statement. This will cause a slower, but
correct, version of the algorithm to be used.
