    SAS Institute Technical Support Holiday Schedule for December 2000

        The Technical Support Division and Customer Service
        Department of SAS will be closed for business from Monday,
        Dec 25, 2000, through Monday, Jan 1, 2001 for the
        Christmas and New Year Holidays.

        On Tuesday, Dec 26 through Friday, Dec 29, 2000, there will be a
        limited number of Technical Support consultants on hand from
        9:00-5:00 EST to listen to Phone Mail messages called in to
        (919) 677-8008, and to return phone calls for problems of
        a critical nature. Normal business hours will resume on
        Tuesday, Jan 2, 2001.
