Transform Variables node ignores FREQ variable when performing Quantile
transformation

If you have a FREQ variable specified as input to the Transform
Variables node, the FREQ variable is ignored when a Quantile
transformation is performed. The results of the transformation are
therefore incorrect.
There are no errors or warnings indicating that the FREQ variable was
ignored.
There is no easy circumvention for the problem.
