KEYS: INCORRECT RESULTS LARGE SPECTRA FOURIER TRANSFORM INCORROUT INCORRSTAT
The Fourier coefficients and other spectral analysis statistics computed
by PROC SPECTRA may be computed incorrectly if the length of the input
time series is greater than 20,000.
Fourier coefficients for affected time series can be computed correctly
using the FFT function in SAS/IML.
