Today is Thursday, 27JAN2000 and Technical Support will be working under
an inclement weather plan. Technical Support will have a limited staff
available to work on critical problems.

Central North Carolina continues to dig out of 20+ inches of snow.
Extreme cold is hampering the efforts to resume a normal working schedule.

Technical Support will do our very best to get to as many problems as
possible today.
