    Holiday Schedule

     December 1999

       The Technical Support Division and Customer Service Department of SAS Institute Inc. will be open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Eastern time on Dec. 24, 1999.

       From Monday, December 27th to Thursday, Dec 30th, there will be a limited number of Technical Support consultants available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern time to take voice mail messages called in to (919) 677-8008, and to return phone calls for problems of a critical nature. Technical Support will be available around the clock to address critical and Y2K-related problems beginning at 8:00 AM Eastern time on December 31st and continuing until 8:00 PM Eastern time on January 3rd. This will mark the end of our holiday schedule and normal business hours will resume.
