In Version 7 of SAS/SHARE Software, observations may be skipped when all
of the following conditions are true: the input SAS data set is
accessed via the product's REMOTE engine, the input SAS data set
contains one or more indexed variables, and one or more of the input
data set's indexed variables are specified in the BY statement of one of
the following SAS procedures:
