If a parameter is stuck at a bound, the standard error of the parameters
may be incorrect. This problem will occur if there is only one
parameter in the model (and it is stuck at a bound) or if the parameter
that is stuck at the bound is any parameter except the last one listed
in the table of parameter estimates.
To circumvent this problem, reorder the parameters so that the one that
is stuck at its bound is the last one listed in the table of parameter
estimates (assuming that there is more than one parameter in the model).
